Chi tratta i tuoi dati
Il titolare del trattamento è Almazar, Padova. Per qualsiasi domanda sui tuoi dati contattaci dalla pagina cal.com/ayoubi/progetto.
Quali dati raccogliamo
- Modulo “Inizia un progetto”: nome e cognome, email, azienda, sito web (facoltativo) e le risposte scelte (servizio, settore, obiettivo, investimento, tempi).
- Dati della visita, non identificativi: la campagna o il sito da cui arrivi (parametri utm, clic su un annuncio Google o Meta), la pagina di arrivo, il tipo di dispositivo e il tempo impiegato a compilare il modulo.
- Prenotazione di una chiamata: i dati che inserisci nella pagina di prenotazione Cal.com.
- Statistiche: dati aggregati e anonimi sulle visite, senza cookie.
Perché e su quale base
- Rispondere alla tua richiesta e prepararti una proposta: misure precontrattuali richieste da te (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Capire quali campagne e pagine funzionano, e migliorare il sito: legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f GDPR), con dati non identificativi.
Non usiamo i tuoi dati per newsletter o pubblicità e non li vendiamo a nessuno.
A chi vengono affidati
Usiamo fornitori che trattano i dati per nostro conto, come responsabili del trattamento:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting del sito e statistiche anonime, senza cookie;
- Notion Labs Inc. — archivio delle richieste ricevute;
- Cal.com — prenotazione delle chiamate;
- Resend — invio delle email di conferma e di avviso.
Alcuni di questi fornitori hanno sede negli Stati Uniti. I trasferimenti avvengono con garanzie adeguate, come il Data Privacy Framework UE-USA o le clausole contrattuali standard della Commissione europea.
Per quanto tempo
Se non diventi cliente, conserviamo i dati della tua richiesta solo finché servono a risponderti e a un eventuale seguito, poi li cancelliamo; puoi chiederne la cancellazione in qualsiasi momento. Se diventi cliente, li conserviamo per il tempo richiesto dagli obblighi contrattuali e fiscali.
Cookie e memoria del browser
Il sito non usa cookie di profilazione. Usa la memoria del browser solo per ricordare la lingua scelta e, nella scheda aperta, le risposte del modulo e la provenienza della visita; queste ultime si cancellano quando chiudi la scheda. La pagina di prenotazione Cal.com, se la apri, può usare propri cookie tecnici.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere in ogni momento di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento, opporti o riceverli in un formato portabile, contattandoci dalla pagina cal.com/ayoubi/progetto. What we collect
- The “Start a project” form: name, email, company, website (optional) and the answers you pick (service, industry, goal, investment, timing).
- Visit details that don't identify you: the campaign or site you came from (utm tags, a click on a Google or Meta ad), the landing page, your device type and how long the form took.
- Booking a call: what you enter on the Cal.com booking page.
- Statistics: aggregated, anonymous visit data, without cookies.
Why, and on what basis
- To reply to your request and prepare a proposal: steps you asked for before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To understand which campaigns and pages work, and improve the site: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), with data that doesn't identify you.
We don't use your data for newsletters or advertising, and we never sell it.
Who processes it for us
We use providers that process data on our behalf, as processors:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and anonymous, cookie-free statistics;
- Notion Labs Inc. — where requests are stored;
- Cal.com — call bookings;
- Resend — sending confirmation and alert emails.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a client, we keep your request only as long as it's needed to reply and follow up, then delete it; you can ask us to delete it at any time. If you do become a client, we keep it for as long as contract and tax obligations require.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses no profiling cookies. It uses browser storage only to remember your language and, in the open tab, your form answers and where the visit came from; the latter are cleared when you close the tab. The Cal.com booking page, if you open it, may use its own technical cookies.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format, by contacting us through cal.com/ayoubi/progetto. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
